This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.Your MissionAs a Technician at Veesion, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our product. Your passion for network technologies and your technical expertise will be put to use within the Technical Support team as well as with our clients. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and face exciting challenges while contributing to a safer future for retail.ResponsibilitiesServer Configuration: You will be responsible for configuring our servers before sending them to our clients. Using our OS system, you will execute the necessary commands and record the details in our inventory.Installation and Technical Support: You will remotely assist clients in installing servers, guiding them through the process. You will also conduct in-depth analyses of camera systems and network architectures, configuring the system based on their needs and ensuring compatibility with the RTSP protocol.Problem Analysis and Resolution: You will be responsible for analyzing server-related issues and deploying appropriate solutions to ensure smooth system operation.
