OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.The core values guide us: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are building, innovating and revolutionizing financial services in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.This role is customer-facing and involves supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments and will be passionate about automation and infrastructure as code.The OpportunityYou will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of Ledn's growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will work with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.This role reports to the Director of IT.Own support and provide an outstanding experience to employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels.Proficient with macOS in an enterprise environment; manage procurement and provisioning of technology equipment.Own the onboarding experience for new employees and the tech offboarding process for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge resources.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Okta, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, etc.).Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents; prioritize help desk tickets effectively.Participate in projects over sprints using agile methods and Jira.Set and pursue own objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tooling (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows in Okta; API work to integrate systems.Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; experience with hardware shipping and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication across all media; ability to explain complex topics clearly and empathetically.Strong technical writing for tickets, emails, and Slack articles.Security awareness, understanding of PGP, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching); methodical OSI-layer troubleshooting.Self-management with ability to scope projects and collaborate across teams.Strong organizational and task-management skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS and experience with tools like GAM and command-line interfaces for efficiency.Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: adaptability, resilience, and a builder's mindset in a startup/tech environment; ability to influence across functions with empathy and clarity.Benefits and Work EnvironmentComprehensive rewards package and remote-friendly option to work from anywhere in the world for up to 180 days.Competitive PTO; equity ownership in the company.A purpose-driven career with a focus on inclusivity, diversity, and equal opportunity employment.You may reach out to the Ledn team for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Requests will be addressed confidentially.Ledn is a remote-first organization with a global team; we may ask shortlisted candidates to submit a short video response and review publicly available social media relevant to the role.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.Equal OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employment organization and pride ourselves on inclusivity, diversity, and the success that comes from diversity.#J-*****-Ljbffr
