OverviewManagers of Information Technology, Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.The core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Ledn is a remote-first environment with a global team and a focus on democratizing access to the global economy through its products and services.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is excited to help end users who are in need of help.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the design, implementation and management of a growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.Provide customer-facing IT support and own the support experience for employees via tools such as Slack and Jira.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build and document programs, policies, tools, and improvements to knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management (MDM/EMM/Jamf).Own improvements to IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, write help articles and automate repetitive tasks.Manage incidents and issues to completion; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints (agile).Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.; experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; working with APIs and cross-system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; shipping and receiving hardware and handling customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain concepts clearly and empathetically; strong documentation and ticketing skills.Clear, concise writing in tickets, email, and Slack; focus on providing a magical experience for others; security-minded with knowledge of PGP; understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI layers; ability to self-manage and scope projects across teams.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI tools; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture & LeadershipLooking for a leader who thrives in a startup/tech environment, with adaptability, resilience and a builder's mindset; ability to influence across functions with empathy and clarity; integrity and accountability for confidential information; experience working in a remote environment.What We ProvideComprehensive rewards package and growth opportunities; competitive PTO; equity ownership; remote work options up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven role in a global digital asset company; commitment to inclusivity and diversity.Requests for accommodation during recruitment may be directed to Ledn.Responses will be confidential.We are an equal opportunity employer and do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.About LednLedn is a global team spanning North America, Latin America, South Africa and Europe.We are remote-friendly and prioritize qualified applicants.Due to high application volume, only those who qualify will be contacted.#J-*****-Ljbffr
