world leading and pioneers in our field, so come and join usAbout the position:TheRegional Sales Representativefor Industrial Engines is responsible for supporting Dealers, OEMs and private importers in various regions to drive Volvo Penta's growth in Latin America market, aligned with company's performance goals.This role acts as a key facilitator, interfacing internal teams such as aftermarket parts and services, finance, sales engineering, front-office and back-office and marketing representing Industrial Sales Team's interests across LA markets.The objectives for this position are closely tied to new customers onboard, sales volume, market share and profitability.Your main responsibilities will include:Prospecting and closing engines sales through negotiations with OEMs and Dealerships mainly in Brazil, but also across other South American marketsCoordinating, monitoring, and supporting the sales processes close by Sales administration and Front-officePlanning, implementing and managing regional tactical plan and execution, aligned with current strategyTracking and overseeing the objectives of the Business Plan and Operational PlanEstablishing interfaces with financial partners as Volvo Financial Services and othersCollaborating and playing close to Aftermarket solutions offering a high-quality brand customer experienceActively participating in technical and commercial forums (S&OP meetings, Sales forecast reviews, trade fairs, etc).To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:Proven professional experience in sales and business development;Understanding of the GE and VE industry, market dynamics and customer needs;Knowledge of financial management and business indicators;Availability for frequent travel (national and international);Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI);Action-oriented mindset with a constant drive for achieving the best results;Proactivity, ownership and assertive communication skills.Educational Background and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering and related fields;Postgraduate degree in Business management, Project management, Finance or related fields is a plus;Technical & market knowledge of Diesel engines is mandatory;Knowledge of clean energy solutions such as gas/biogas engines, ethanol engines and BESS is a plus;Experience in
