We're seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-scale SaaS platforms.As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing architectures for reliability and scalability, debugging and resolving production issues quickly and systematically, improving deployment speed and system observability, and collaborating with global teams in a results-only environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Optimize Architectures: Develop scalable and reliable infrastructure architectures that meet business needsDebug and Resolve Production Issues: Identify and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to servicesImprove Deployment Speed and Observability: Implement processes and tools to improve deployment speed and enhance system observability, enabling data-driven decision makingCollaborate with Global Teams: Work effectively with cross-functional teams globally, fostering open communication and collaboration to drive outcomesRequirementsStrong EKS/Kubernetes Experience: Proven expertise in deploying and managing EKS clusters in production environmentsMongoDB and Atlas Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MongoDB and Atlas, including data modeling, schema design, and performance optimizationProficiency in Python and/or Go: Strong programming skills in Python and/or Go, with experience in developing scalable and efficient applicationsFluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectivelyDevOps/SRE Principles: Solid understanding of DevOps and SRE principles, with ability to apply these principles in real-world scenariosBenefitsFully Remote and Flexible Work: Enjoy a flexible work arrangement, with option to work from anywhereCompetitive Salary and Benefits: Receive a competitive salary and benefits package, tailored to meet individual needsGlobal Team Collaboration: Join a global team of engineers, working together to drive innovation and excellenceChance to Solve Real-World Problems: Contribute to the development of high-scale SaaS platforms, solving real-world problems and driving business outcomes
