Join Our TeamOowlish, one of Latin America's rapidly expanding software development companies, is seeking experienced technology professionals to enhance our diverse and vibrant team.As a valued member of Oowlish, you will collaborate with premier clients from the United States and Europe, contributing to pioneering digital solutions.Our commitment to creating a nurturing work environment is recognized by our certification as a Great Place to Work, where you will have opportunities for professional development, growth, and a chance to make a significant international impact.We offer the convenience of remote work, allowing you to craft a work-life balance that suits your personal and professional needs.We're looking for candidates who are passionate about technology, proficient in English, and excited to engage in remote collaboration for a worldwide presence.We're looking for a Senior Solutions & Product Architect (Deputy CTO) to join our leadership team and scale alongside our cofounder & CTO.This is a client-facing, high-impact role that blends product strategy, solution architecture, and delivery leadership.What You'll Do:Partner with clients from day one to understand their business needs and shape solutions.Define high-level product requirements, MVP scopes, and roadmaps.Translate business goals into technical architectures and delivery plans.Lead proposal creation (business framing + product requirements + technical approach).Oversee delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and accountability.Be a trusted advisor to clients, while mentoring engineering teams internally.Help codify Oowlish's playbooks so we can scale beyond any single leader.Must Have:10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product/technical consulting.Strong technical breadth (cloud, APIs, modern architectures).Proven ability to lead multiple teams/projects and communicate with C-level stakeholders.Experience defining product requirements and MVPs, not just technical designs.Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus).Backgrounds that could be a great fit:Experience in consulting / outsourcing firms.CTOs or co-founders of startups, with hands-on experience balancing product, tech, and business.Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to grow into a future CTO/Partner role.Benefits & Perks:Home officeFlexible HoursCompetitive compensation based on experienceCareer plans to allow for extensive growth in the companyInternational ProjectsOowlish English Program (Technical and Conversational)Oowlish Fitness with Total PassGames and CompetitionsYou can also apply here:Website: : : /#J-*****-Ljbffr
