· Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and trial balances.
· Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in the tax module of the Domínio system, according to supporting documents provided by clients.
· Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries in the balance sheet areas assigned by the Senior/Supervisor.
· Process receipt write-offs.
· Review bank transactions.
· Organize documentation related to the company's accounting.
· Prepare documents and perform their accounting classification.
· Generate accounting entries.
· Assist in tax calculations.
· Reconcile accounts and complete tax payment forms and requests with government agencies.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:MUST HAVE:· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);· Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant for any period or equivalent knowledge;· Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting;· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);NICE TO HAVE:· Experience with the Dominio system;· Experience with Accounting BPO.DRUMMOND CULTUREAt Drummond, we promote a dynamic culture that values collaboration and partnership among employees, creating a stimulating environment where everyone can contribute and grow together.
