The operational anchor for the creative team, you will optimize resources, streamline workflows, and contribute to design execution when needed.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Creative Director, Account Managers, and stakeholders to align creative deliverables with campaign goals and client expectationsLead creative execution on assigned campaigns, shaping visually compelling design solutions that respect client brand guidelines and program objectivesOversee multiple projects from briefing through delivery, managing timelines, resources, and quality control to ensure accuracy and impactProvide design oversight by reviewing assets, giving actionable feedback, and maintaining brand consistency across all creativeAllocate and balance design resources across campaigns, optimizing productivity and team bandwidthContribute directly to the creation of Frictionless Formats and Templatized High Impact formats to support production needsIdentify, propose, and implement improvements to creative workflows and operational processes that drive speed and clarityRequirements3+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or design leadership within marketing, advertising, or a related fast-paced environmentStrong grasp of design principles, digital ad production, and brand systemsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines with quality outcomesAbility to provide clear, constructive design feedback and ensure high creative standards across deliverablesProficiency with project management tools and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Asana, Monday.com)Ability to collaborate across creative, sales, and account teams, building trust and strong relationshipsNice to HavesAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteFamiliarity with ad tech platforms and workflowsExperience in digital production environmentsHiring ProcessSelect candidates will be invited to schedule a 30 minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.
