About the Company:We are a management consulting firm specializing in strategy, operations, and information technology for the financial and payment media industry.Our organizational culture is based on the diversity of knowledge within our team, fostering a collaborative and accessible environment.Our multicultural and diverse team provides expert support in solutions, implementation, and transformation.About the Role:We are seeking a bilingual Associate Consultant (English, Spanish and Portuguese) to support our growing consulting practice focused on the payments industry, with an emphasis on card networks such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing industry announcements, rule changes, and technical requirements, and delivering clear, insightful summaries and recommendations to our banking clients.The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment, and demonstrate solid business acumen to assess the client impact of complex industry updates.Portuguese fluency is a plus.The Associate Consultant will play a key role in supporting our consulting practice by analyzing industry communications and providing insights to our banking clients.Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze communications from payment networks (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, Amex, etc.) and other relevant entities.Summarize critical updates and provide insights, classification of importance, and potential impacts for client banks.Prepare client-ready materials, including presentations, written reports, and executive summaries.Conduct deeper analysis and research to support client deliverables and strategic recommendations.Manage larger or more complex workstreams with minimal supervision.Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams using digital collaboration platforms.Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, documentation, and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.5+ years of professional experience in banking, payments, or consulting roles.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus.Solid understanding of payments networks and the banking environment.Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze complex sets of information.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Experience working in a remote, collaborative team environment across time zones.Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.Required Skills:Experience with card scheme compliance, operations, or technical documentation.Prior consulting or client-facing experience.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).Strong interpersonal, creative thinking, and business management skills.Preferred Skills:Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.Adaptable and comfortable working across different cultures and work styles.Capable of taking ownership of workstreams with accountability and independence.Team player who contributes positively to a collaborative, professional culture.If you're passionate about the payments industry, thrive in a remote, multicultural environment, we'd love to hear from you.Please submit your resume.Equal Opportunity Statement: We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
