What We're Looking ForFluent English(written & spoken) with strong communication skillsHands-on systems implementer:HubSpot admin skills (workflows, custom objects/properties, reports), ClickUp workflow design, advanced Google Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots, queries).Comfortable unblocking with APIs/zaps when needed.Exceptionalprocess design, implementation, and improvementskills.You love turning chaos into beautiful systems that you design, implement, monitor and constantly improve.You are obsessed with reaching excellence through incremental continuous improvement.Strong data analysis ability — spot trends and act fast.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsThrives in extremely high-pace environments:Highly organized, able to switch contexts seamlessly and deal with ambiguity, resilient under pressure, and motivated by continuous challenges — all while maintaining balance within a 40-hour workweek (no overtime expected).Compensation & BenefitsMonthly Salary $2k - $3k USD36 PTO daysper year100% Remote Work– work from anywhereProfessional Development & Growth Opportunities?
