Key Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with suppliers for a defined portfolio of activities within a specific geographic area.This includes leading the contracting process, negotiating contract renewal conditions, monitoring supplier performance, and acting as the key point contact for experienced suppliers.Negotiate rates, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, cancellation policy.Monitor competitiveness and availability with Yield Manager.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers.Support complaint resolution, negotiating suitable solutions.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Experience in contracting and supplier management within the travel or activities industry.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.Languages: Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish additional languages are a plus.We value diversity and equal opportunities, and encourage teamwork and innovation.
