Start ASAP.We are looking for a senior headhunter to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
You will inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates while supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
You will be part of an efficient team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Telescope\'s core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.ResponsibilitiesHelp us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Inform candidates about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden; build trust with suitable candidates.Coordinate with global recruiters and Swedish management to support relocation and onboarding.Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues across multiple countries.Contribute to a high-quality candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.Required competence(Please ensure this is documented in your CV)At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, friendly, outgoing with strong self-motivation.Resilient, with the capacity to take a no as motivation to try harder.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a presentable appearance.Extent & DurationStart ASAP.Full time.Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Free national holidays, with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.Please send your English CV to: ******.
