Position: Business Development Manager Brazil (FX industry)Location: Remote within BrazilEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives.Identify growth opportunities and adapt the companys value proposition to meet partner needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.Implement acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies tailored to partners, including referral programs and training initiatives.Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.Provide regular updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.REQUIREMENTS:Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.As well as proficiency in English (B2).Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within FX industry.Proven experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven, process-oriented mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.OFFER:A dynamic and fun working environment with a creative and innovative teamCompetitive salary structure with performance-based commissions and incentives.Strategic role with autonomy and regional visibility.Opportunity to lead commercial growth in a key market.Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented company culture.Clear path for professional development within a fast-growing global organization.CANDIDATES WITHOUT FX EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONTACTEDTo apply for this position and to explore many other exciting opportunities, visit and apply through our career page: -
