**Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake Labs**:
- Support strategic operations through data collection and process insights from Engineer Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and other stakeholders.
- Use squad inputs from Squad Leads (Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and Engineer Managers) to track budget progress and project status.
- Ensure that project management controls are being properly updated to enable reliable data collection.
- Work across the many tools available to ensure that consistency and tracking in the operations, including Hubspot, Spreadsheets, Time Tracking Apps, Figma and others.
- Maintain and structure a centralized view of project and client status across the portfolio, including budget, risks, and opportunities.
- Setup new clients and operate time tracking tools with accuracy specially on items related to billing and hours tracking for invoice accounting.
- Analyze portfolio data to generate insights that support performance tracking and strategic planning.
- Identify and lead opportunities to automate parts of the administrative operational workflow.
- Conduct business process analyses to uncover inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of project allocation and deliveries across multiple software teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Ops) to design scalable, goal-aligned solutions.

- Advanced English proficiency for written communication and business team interactions.
- Advanced experience with Google Sheets and spreadsheet formulas.
- Experience creating dashboards.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Understanding of software development project workflows and the agile mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in contributing to future customer satisfaction and success
- Ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear, actionable insights.
