Drive innovation and customer understanding as a lead developer, collaborating with cross-functional partners to create next-generation products using large language models.Main Responsibilities:Develop data-driven web applications and visualizations, utilizing python frameworks and object-oriented programming principles.Mentor development team members on best practices and frameworks, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed.Gather requirements and plan actionable tasks, working closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality results.Rapidly test and iterate features, identifying performance bottlenecks and ensuring system reliability.Requirements:6+ years of backend development experience in python, with a strong focus on object-oriented programming and framework expertise.Good database experience, especially postgresql, with a solid understanding of api design and development.Experience leading backend development initiatives, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization, as well as heavy experience with building apis and common paradigms.Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent experience, with english fluency required for this role.We are looking for a highly skilled developer to join our team.
