Unlock a career in cutting-edge technology as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer.We're seeking an exceptional professional with 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in React.js and Golang, Node.js or Java.A strong background in AI tools and APIs is essential for seamless integration into our innovative products.This role demands strong coding fundamentals, system design expertise, and the mindset of a builder who excels in a startup environment.You'll collaborate closely with AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers in small agile teams reporting directly to the CTO.Our mission revolves around building an AI-centric operating system for utilities, harnessing AI at the enterprise level to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize power usage, and enhance grid health.Front-end Development: Design, implement, and maintain front-end applications that drive user engagementBack-end Architecture & Development: Craft robust APIs, services, and distributed systems that form the backbone of our OSAi Integration: Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate models, embeddings, and agent services into back-end systemsSystem Modernization: Transform legacy workflows into modern, secure, scalable codebases using cloud-native best practicesSecurity & Compliance: Partner with security leaders to ensure all services adhere to stringent utility-sector regulations, implementing secure coding practices by defaultAgile Delivery: Deliver features and improvements in cycles measured in weeks, balancing speed with reliabilityRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:Excellent English communication skills5+ years of software engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise environmentsStrong proficiency in React, Python, and either Golang, Node.js, or JavaDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code in fast-moving teamsBasic proficiency with AI/ML tooling, calling APIs, integrating model outputsSolid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queues, and distributed architecturesCloud-native engineering experience in AWS, Azure, GCPClear communicator, adaptable, eager to learn and grow AI capabilities over timeStrong sense of ownership and accountability in small teams
