Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Notion professional to design, implement and optimize a comprehensive workspace that will serve as our central hub for contacts, data management and team workflows.Key Responsibilities:Audit current processes and recommend a scalable Notion structure.Build and customize databases for large volumes of contacts and information.Create clear, intuitive dashboards for day-to-day use and reporting.Integrate Notion with other tools (Google Workspace, automation platforms, etc.).Develop best-practice guidelines and train the team to maintain and update the workspace.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven track record setting up advanced Notion systems for teams or businesses.Strong understanding of database design, automation and cross-platform integrations.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver a polished final product.Benefits:Freelance or short-term contract (remote).Flexible start date; estimated project length to be discussed.About the Project:If you have the skills and creativity to build an efficient, scalable Notion workspace, please send your portfolio or examples of previous Notion projects along with a brief introduction.
