Role OverviewSenior Full Stack Developer role, remote (long-term assignment) for Brazil-based candidates.You will join one of our North American client's engineering team to elevate customer support operations through AI and agentic applications, and optimize intelligent systems that enhance customer experience across all support channels.As an experienced developer, you will focus on automation-first solutions to support the client's growing customer base, including building and providing support to existing agents and applications.You will participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with a North American client's engineering team to design and implement AI-driven automation and agentic solutionsDevelop and maintain automation-first features to support a growing customer baseProvide support to existing agents and applications, ensuring reliability and performance across all channelsParticipate in team ceremonies and related sessions as part of the client project teamRequired QualificationsStrong English communication, writing and verbalExperience working independently and remotelyExperience building AI agentsExperience integrating with AI APIs (e.g., GPT/OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic)Experience with REST APIs and system connectivityBonus QualificationsBackground in customer support teams or technical operations rolesWhat We OfferContract position with competitive pay in USDSupportive environment with 1-1 mentoring and group knowledge sharing sessionsInternational experience working with leading startups in North AmericaSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionSoftware Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
