### Suas missões mais frequentes Gestão estratégica de clientes SMB e Enterprise: construir relacionamento próximo com clientes de todos os tamanhos, conduzindo análises de dados, reuniões periódicas e resolução de desafios de forma proativa, garantindo que a operação e os resultados evoluam continuamente.
Onboarding e setup de novas lojas: liderar a implantação do produto, configurando sistemas, fluxos e integrações de forma rápida e segura, garantindo que cada loja esteja pronta para operar com tecnologia i Glu desde o primeiro dia.
Levantamento e gestão de requisitos: mapear necessidades dos clientes e do time interno, desenhar planos de implementação claros (incluindo cronogramas e orçamentos) e garantir alinhamento entre todas as partes envolvidas.
Customização e integração de sistemas: adaptar e configurar soluções conforme as particularidades de cada cliente, conectando ERPs, e-commerces e outros sistemas críticos para viabilizar fluxos omnichannel.
Gerenciar o ciclo completo da implementação: acompanhar progresso, mitigar riscos e liderar treinamentos de usuários para que cada cliente consiga extrair valor máximo do produto desde o início.
Treinamento, suporte e experiência do usuário final: capacitar novos usuários, criar materiais de apoio e prestar suporte técnico de forma ágil, garantindo que cada cliente tenha a melhor experiência possível com nossos produtos.
Evolução contínua da operação e da i Glu: identificar oportunidades de melhoria usando dados, analytics e ferramentas de IA, contribuindo para automatizar processos, melhorar playbooks, otimizar fluxos e criar soluções criativas para desafios internos e externos.
### Onde você vai trabalhar Esta função será baseada em nosso escritório em São Paulo .
É necessário ter disposição para trabalhar pelo menos 2 dias por semana no escritório , preferencialmente às quartas e quintas-feiras.
