The Fire TV 3P devices GTM role is a strategic leadership position focused on developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Fire TV devices through third-party partnerships.The role encompasses four key areas of responsibility: (1) creating and implementing go-to-market plans that align with business objectives and customer needs; (2) managing and optimizing the Amazon sales channel, including performance metrics; (3) developing and maintaining Fire TV content partnerships while identifying and executing co-marketing opportunities with key partners; and (4) leading channel marketing executions.The ideal candidate should be customer-obsessed, have previous experience in consumer electronics industry and product management, with proven success in partner relationship management and multi-channel marketing strategies.They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, presenting to leadership, and driving both strategic initiatives and tactical executions across internal and external stakeholders.Key job responsibilitiesPricing and Promotions: Work with partners to execute their pricing strategy to maximize demand potential for Smart TVs.Marketing: Working with channel owners to drive owned and operated channels of onsite merchandising, detail page conversion rates, cross–shopping strategies, etc.Business Planning: Building annual and long-run end-to-end sales plans in collaboration with internal/external partners and finance.Business Reviews/Category Performance: Own WBRs/QBRs/Annual Sales Plans and share up to VP/SVP.Roadmap: Working with the GTM lead and product management, for TVs to inform the hardware/software roadmap based upon customer insights, data trends, category trends.About the team: The Devices team mission is to provide Brazilian consumers with a growing selection of innovative, lovable and affordable devices and services, that inform, entertain and connect our customers.We continuously invent to provide our customers with delightful shopping experiences, while accelerating Amazon BR Flywheel, and bringing relevant long-term value for Amazon.Basic Qualifications5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product deliveryExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience as a product manager or ownerExperience owning technology productsPreferred QualificationsExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insightsExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
