You will be one of the first team members at the new location and will take part in establishing our HTD team in Argentina.

What We Need From YouWhat we need from you:At least 4 years commercial experience in similar roleExperience in conducting the discovery processDemonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standardsVery good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+)Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong "I can learn this" attitudeBeing a team player focused on getting things doneWorking experience in Agile/Scrum development environmentExperience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniquesExperience and knowledge of Agile software development processesStrong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problemsCan focus on what's important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insightsWe Appreciate If You HaveStrong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcareExperience working in healthcare projectsWe need you to be open to continuous delivery and development in:Analyze, gather and document business & functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog)Collaborate with business, developers and QA through all phases of the product development lifecycle (e.g. scoping, gathering requirements, design, development, QA, deployment) to deliver the best quality productsManage the Product Backlog prioritization – Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyEnsure internal and external product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency between all stakeholdersKeep updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trendsWhat You Can Expect From UsSalary depending on your skills and experience based on a B2B contractParticipation in innovative and challenging projects for clients around the worldOpportunity to build a new branch of the companyHybrid work model (3 days in a co-work in Buenos Aires)Individual career path and continuous evaluation of your developmentAll necessary equipment such as laptop and accessoriesDoes this sound like the place you have been looking for?
