OverviewWe are a firm of software and digital transformation experts driving high-impact solutions.For over 10 years, we've built technology and innovation-focused products thanks to our team of 220+ talented DaCoders — including developers, architects, UX/UI designers, PMs, and QA testers.Our team collaborates on projects with clients across LATAM and the United States, achieving outstanding results.At DaCodes, you'll have the opportunity to accelerate your professional growth, work on diverse projects across multiple industries, and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge cloud infrastructures.Our DaCoders have a major impact on our success and that of our clients.You'll be the expert driving excellence in our projects, gaining exposure to disruptive startups and global brands.Interested?ResponsibilitiesDefine QA strategies and comprehensive test plans for AI-driven features, web apps, APIs, and system integrations.Design, implement, and automate test cases for functional, regression, UI, performance, and security testing.Validate AI models, workflows, and outputs — including prompt behavior and automation pipelines.Execute QA validation for GTM workflows across platforms such as n8n, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Clay, and Mailchimp.Plan and run A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate feature performance and user impact.Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring QA integration from requirement definition to release.Track, manage, and report defects and key quality metrics.Promote QA best practices and nurture a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.Qualifications / Desired ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity.Proven background testing AI/ML systems and LLM-based products (e.g., OpenAI API, fine-tuning, or prompt workflows).Strong command of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).Hands-on experience with GTM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Apollo, Mailchimp, n8n, Zapier).Understanding of A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks (VWO experience is a plus).Knowledge of performance and security testing fundamentals.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).BenefitsIntegration with global brands and disruptive startups.Remote work / Home office.If hybrid or on-site work is required, you'll be informed from the first session.Schedule aligned with the assigned project/cell.Monday to Friday workweek.Legal benefits (apply to Mexico).Day off on your birthday.Major medical insurance (apply to Mexico).Life insurance (apply to Mexico).Multicultural work teams.Access to courses and certifications.Meetups with special guests from the IT field.Virtual team-building events and interest groups.English classes.Opportunities within our different business lines.Proudly certified as a Great Place to Work.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
