As an MEP Technical Engineer, you'll work alongside project leaders to ensure technical documents meet precise specifications, coordinate on-site execution, and uphold the quality of all MEP works.

Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Your RoleSupport Project Engineers in planning MEP systems for efficient project deliveryPrepare and review technical submittals, including drawings, materials, calculations, method statements, and reportsMaintain accuracy and completeness of technical documentationMonitor and track submittal approvals to uphold timelines and quality expectationsCoordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated site executionProvide timely resolutions to site technical issuesConduct site inspections to monitor work progress and complianceEnsure installations meet local and international codes, standards, and project specificationsAssist with quantity take-offs, procurement, and logistics of MEP materialsContribute to as-built documentation and final handover packagesParticipate in meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersPursue continuous learning through courses, seminars, and certificationsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)5 years of technical experience in MEP constructionSolid knowledge of MEP systems and design processesProficiency in MS Office; experience with Revit preferredFamiliarity with Autodesk tools and collaborative platformsStrong understanding of design techniques and emerging technologiesKnowledge of relevant international and regional codes and standardsExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsWhat We OfferTotal package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?
