MEP Project Manager

This is a pivotal role in the successful execution of complex MEP projects across data centers.
- Leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to lead field productivity, manage change effectively, and ensure technical excellence in every phase.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing installation plans, monitoring progress, enforcing method statements, risk assessments, and DSTI schedules, coordinating material deliveries with Project Engineers, managing change and drawing/spec distribution, tracking tools, consumables, KPIs, and labour productivity, ensuring HSE and QA/QC compliance at all times, and working week from Monday to Saturday.
We are looking for an experienced professional with 10+ years' experience in MEP construction or infrastructure, strong knowledge of installation sequencing, QA/QC, and HSE, site leadership, and technical documentation experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent communication and coordination skills.
About This Opportunity:
You'll report directly to the Construction Manager, with indirect reporting to the Project Manager, and will lead a team of Site Engineers and Foremen. The project management team ensures quality, safety, productivity, and coordination across MEP disciplines, collaborating closely with planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution across project zones and disciplines.
