Chief MEP Operations Specialist

This position involves overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project execution.
- Lifecycle Management: Full management of MEP activities, from installation through commissioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain regulatory compliance; drive continuous improvement across MEP procedures.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, align, and engage MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and clarity.
- Contractual Administration: Ensure contract terms are fulfilled, support cost/time claims, and manage document approvals.
- Oversight of Subcontractors: Supervise subcontractor progress, safety adherence, and delivery of finalized records and approvals.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 15 years of MEP and construction management experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
