MEP Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site. This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Full lifecycle management of MEP activities from installation through commissioning.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintenance of regulatory and safety compliance, driving continuous improvement across MEP procedures.
- Recruitment, alignment, and engagement of MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and cross-functional clarity.
- Contractual management to ensure Head Contract terms are fulfilled, support cost/time claims, and manage document approvals.
- Oversight of subcontractor progress, safety adherence, and delivery of finalized records and approvals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in MEP project management. Proficiency in industry-standard software and systems is essential.
