As an MEP Manager at ALEMCO, you'll play a critical leadership role, overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project execution. They collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and authorities, while managing design coordination, documentation, budgeting, and health & safety standards.

Your Role

  • Execution & Delivery: Full lifecycle management of MEP activities, from installation through commissioning.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance & Quality: Maintain regulatory and safety compliance; drive continuous improvement across MEP procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, align, and engage MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and cross-functional clarity.
  • Contractual Management: Ensure Head Contract terms are fulfilled, support cost/time claims, and manage document approvals.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: Supervise subcontractor progress, safety adherence, and delivery of finalized records and approvals.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of MEP and construction management experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and cross-team collaboration skills
