Deliver High-Quality MEP Systems as a Site Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer - MEP to join our team and contribute to the delivery of world-class mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across dynamic construction environments.
This role offers a unique opportunity to manage daily site operations, uphold quality and safety standards, and ensure technical integrity from planning through execution.
You will be instrumental in leading the execution of all MEP installations across designated zones of the project, translating blueprints into efficient field execution using Time & Motion analysis, and monitoring cost versus allowable outputs and reporting effectively to line managers.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring QA/QC requirements are met, with a focus on zero repeat works and flawless delivery. You will also coordinate with Supervisors, Foremen, and QA/QC Engineers to roll out method statements and risk assessments in line with company and consultant standards.
Additionally, you will keep schedules tight by ensuring timely availability of materials and tools, managing site documentation, including marked-up drawings, progress updates, RFI registers, and more, and escalating key issues that need senior intervention while maintaining control of daily site priorities.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), and be registered as a Civil Engineer (or eligible). A minimum of 7 years hands-on site experience in MEP works is required, along with advanced proficiency in Primavera & Microsoft Office Suite.
