Grow your career with usYou are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story to improve lives by developing resources sustainably.Here we offer you an exciting and dynamic work environment and will equip you with the know-how that will stretch and enhance your career journey.Role Summary:Silvicultura:Contribuir com as atividades de silvicultura, dando suporte aos supervisores, através do acompanhamento e controle das atividades desenvolvidas no campo, atuando sob orientação, visando controle e melhoria contínua dos processos**Responsibilities**:Prestar apoio aos supervisores nas atividades de campo, referentes ao preparo de solo, plantio e manutenção de florestasOrientar e realizar os controles de qualidade das operações florestais, inspecionando as fazendas, e anotando em relatórios os dados apontadosAuxiliar o supervisor florestal na distribuição e orientação das tarefas no campo para as equipes de trabalhoCumprir o regulamento interno, os requisitos dos sistemas de gestão da qualidade e as normas de segurança do trabalho inerentes ao setor, bem como a utilização de EPI's/EPC's (Equipamento de proteção individual/ Equipamento de proteção coletivo) quando aDesenvolver outras atividades inerentes ao cargo ou a critério de seu superior imediato, desde que habilitado e estejam de acordo com o seu conhecimento e experiência**Requirements**:Nível técnico completo (técnico florestal, agrícola ou agropecuária)DESEJÁVEL: Superior completo em área correlataMínimo 02 anos de experiência em atividades correlatas.DESEJÁVEL: 02 anos na função como Técnico em Operações Florestais.Capacidade de articulaçãoOrientação para resultadosDisponibilidade para mudançasCapacidade para análise e tomada de decisãoCapacidade de trabalhar em timeWhen you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.All information provided will only used for the recruitment process.RGE will only collect, use, process or disclose personal information where and when allowed to under applicable laws.Thank you for considering a career with RGE.LI-Bracell
