We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of SAP Data Assurance Manager.In this critical position, you will lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, encompassing technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.You will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project objectives.As the SAP Data Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership and mentorship skills, as you will oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams.Additionally, you will provide oversight on data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management roleStrong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration pointsExperience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferredProficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred Skills:Experience with data conversion tools and frameworksFamiliarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologiesKnowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiBenefits:TCS offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental plan, life insurance, transportation vouchers, meal/food voucher, childcare assistance, Gympass, TCS Cares, partnership with SESC, reimbursement of certifications, free TCS Learning Portal, international experience opportunity, discount partnership with universities and language schools, Bring Your Buddy, TCS Gems, Xcelerate, and recognition for performance.Other Opportunities:We offer opportunities for professional development, constant evolution of skills, and work outside Brazil.Our collaborative, diverse, and innovative environment encourages teamwork and innovation.
