a ***** leadership role requiring bold strategy and relentless execution.Lead the design and execution of a world-class ERW deployment operation across Brazil with scalability in mind.Translate carbon and climate goals into clear operational strategies and regional delivery models.Drive continuous improvement via operational KPIs, systemisation, and data-driven performance.Collaborate with the Chief Impact Officer, Head of Operations, and VP of Science to align field strategy with scientific standards and operational goals.Lead the integration of field deployment, scientific integrity, and operational scaling to ensure product-market fit.Build cross-functional alignment to ensure the product offers agronomic value while meeting carbon certification requirements; orchestrate the ***** scale-up journey.Oversee the sourcing, logistics, and deployment of rock powder from mine to farm; ensure compliance with carbon standards and farmer requirements.Support legal to uphold integrity in carbon reporting and environmental impact.Lead a large and growing team across Brazil and globally;
