Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition process, from selection to onboarding.Your primary goal will be to manage candidate relationships and ensure seamless transitions throughout the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage candidate-related operational steps, communicate via email, phone; schedule technical and client interviews; conduct non-technical interviews; coordinate availability; negotiate rates; ensure smooth onboarding transitions.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, meetings while keeping candidates informed, engaged, aware of next steps and feedback throughout process.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, improvement opportunities; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high operational standards.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate, refine workflows to improve scalability, candidate experience; develop document standard operating procedures (SOPs); implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by effectively prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining consistent productivity, quality under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured, accurate, up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, operational documentation to ensure data integrity, transparency across processes.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to organizational policies, process playbooks, quality standards; support audits, reporting efforts to ensure full compliance with regulations.
