We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of a Pay-Per-Use program by identifying, triaging, and resolving data and process discrepancies tied to financial operations.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical professional who can drive resolution in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTriage and resolve data issues within the Pay-Per-Use program by identifying root causes and directing them to the appropriate teams.Maintain and manage issue tracking systems, including documentation and validation of outcomes.Troubleshoot and update reports to ensure accuracy and relevance of displayed data.Write and modify SQL queries to investigate issues, validate fixes, and extract data as needed.Collaborate closely with internal finance, technical, and business stakeholders to support billing and revenue-related processes.Requirements3+ years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar analytical role.Proficient in writing SQL queries for data investigation and analysis.Hands-on experience modifying and troubleshooting reports and working with backend data sources.Skilled in managing issues and working across business and technical teams.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Familiarity with navigating data systems and tools.
