We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) Professional to join our team.This individual will be responsible for creating technology frameworks and providing technical leadership in support of customer initiatives in cloud computing and automation.The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), Azure, .NET technologies, DevOps pipelines, Power Platform, Integration (D365 & Azure), Patch & Release Management, Technical Leadership, and Production Support.Responsibilities include:Solution Design and Engineering: Assist with system design and engineering the solution using Microsoft CRM, Azure Features and .net technologies.Requirement Gathering: Interact with business users to understand and document the business requirements.POC Development: Perform Proof-of-Concept for new business requirements and work closely with business to convert POC to working model.Process Flows and System Tasks: Create process flows, system tasks for requirements and customize and configuration of Microsoft CRM application as per designed artifacts.Project Engineer: Lead development and enhancement of Microsoft CRM application and provide oversight to other developers in the team.Quality Assurance Support: Support Quality Assurance team during testing process and assist with defect fixes by correcting Microsoft CRM code.Production System Support: Support production system and analyze/resolve business-critical issues within SLA timeline.Our organization offers a virtual-first work environment promoting integration between work and personal life, real flexibility and opportunities for growth and career development.We value diversity and inclusion, representing over 165 nationalities worldwide.Our company is one of the largest and fastest growing technology companies globally, with offices in over 60 countries.Key Skills and Qualifications:Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM)Azure.NET technologiesDevOps pipelinesPower PlatformIntegration (D365 & Azure)Patch & Release ManagementTechnical LeadershipProduction Support
