OverviewNa GrooveTech, somos referência em inovação e técnica no universo da tecnologia da informação.Atuamos com serviços de ITO (Information Technology Outsourcing), NOC 24x7 e Projetos Consultivos, sendo parceiros estratégicos de grandes empresas no Brasil.Combinamos inteligência, tecnologia e foco em resultados para entregar soluções completas, eficientes e que geram impacto real nos negócios.Somos o seu time de tecnologiaNosso cliente do setor de mobilidade e pagamentos, com foco em negócios e varejo, busca um(a) Associate Product Manager (APM) para integrar sua equipe.A posição tem caráter operacional, com reporte direto a um(a) Product Manager sênior, sendo fundamental o protagonismo e a colaboração para o sucesso da área.O(a) profissional será responsável por apoiar na gestão do produto, garantindo o alinhamento estratégico com o negócio, a qualidade das entregas e a utilização de dados como base para a tomada de decisões.ResponsibilitiesApoiar o(a) PM na gestão e alinhamento do backlog.Escrever histórias de usuário utilizando técnicas INVEST e 3Cs.Acompanhar incidentes, bugs e validar a qualidade das entregas do time.Contribuir na construção de OKRs e do roadmap de produto.Monitorar indicadores, KPIs e dashboards de performance.Buscar oportunidades e hipóteses de evolução do produto, utilizando dados como direcionadores (Data Driven).RequisitosExperiência em métodos ágeis (Scrum, Kanban etc.) em ambientes de tecnologia com squads.Atuação prévia como APM ou Product Owner.Conhecimento em gestão de produtos digitais, priorização de backlog e definição de critérios de aceite.Experiência com escrita de User Stories e condução de squads multidisciplinares.DiferenciaisConhecimento sobre serviços de pagamento de pedágio automático.Conhecimento em SQL.Habilidades ComportamentaisComunicação fluida: clareza para entender e ser entendido.Protagonismo e liderança: capacidade de conduzir frentes e assumir responsabilidades.Colaboratividade: mentalidade de equipe e disponibilidade para compartilhar conhecimento.Resiliência: adaptabilidade a mudanças e capacidade de transformar aprendizados em soluções.Orientação a resultados: foco no impacto do produto para o negócio.100% Remoto com visitas pontuais em São Paulo.Contratação PJWellhub: benefício de bem-estar que oferece acesso a academias e outras atividades.#J-18808-Ljbffr
