We create premium retail displays, point-of-sale activations, and promotional products for some of the world’s most iconic brands — including Bacardi, Diageo, Campari, PepsiCo, and Red Bull. As part of our international expansion, we are seeking a talented Account Manager to join us remotely from South or Central America. About the Role The Account Manager will own the full lifecycle of client projects — from concept through delivery. You’ll collaborate with internal designers, global factories, and client teams to bring retail displays and promotional activations to life. We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious professional with experience in design, production, or project management (ideally all three). This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working directly with premium global brands. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery: client brief intake, design coordination, sourcing, production, and logistics. Partner with the design team to guide creative direction aligned with brand standards. Source and coordinate with international factories and vendors (China, Colombia, USA, etc.) to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production. Build and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets; ensure milestones and deliverables are met. Provide regular project updates, resolve issues, and present creative/product solutions to clients. Oversee quality control from prototype through final delivery. Track project profitability and contribute to revenue and client contract targets. Identify new materials, techniques, and approaches to drive innovation in displays and activations. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in project management, production, or design/retail display development. Experience working with global brands (spirits, beverage, or CPG industry experience strongly preferred). Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus. Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar). Skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or CAD a plus. Creative problem-solver with persistence, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
