ACES Process Specialist - MM, ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) BR OpsAs an ACES Process Specialist, you will be the guardian of quality control at Earth's most customer-centric companyMore specifically, you will be responsible for the adoption and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at our Middle Mile operation, one of the fastest growing operations at Amazon Brazil.Middle Mile is a transportation network connecting our Fulfillment Centers with Last Mile.Key job responsibilities include:Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all operational processesLeading process integration efforts at our Delivery Stations (DS), Sort Centers, and Fulfillment CentersLeading Continuous Improvement initiativesOwning and managing change on a granular levelPerforming audits to ensure continuous SOP adoption and eliminate defects and deviationsWorking with teams across all network planning stages to identify opportunities for improvementEnsuring that we are always delivering the best possible service to our customersA day in the life, you will be working closely with other teams across all miles to offer support and expertise and gain an insight into bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.Some of these teams include:Deliver Station, Sort Center, FC OpsLearningFinanceHRLoss PreventionSupply ChainYou will also work with your counterparts in other geographies to benchmark our processes and ensure conformity with Amazon Standard Work.About the team, the Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is a team of highly qualified individuals whose main goal is to ensure quality control and continuous improvement.Basic QualificationsThe basic qualifications for this role include:Experience using data and metrics to drive improvementsBachelor's degreeExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience in an operational roleKnowledge of Six Sigma tools, Lean techniques, PMP or similar standards preferredExperience in program or project managementSpeak, write, and read fluently in EnglishPreferred QualificationsThe preferred qualifications for this role include:Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative fieldSix Sigma Black BeltAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, please visit for more information.#J-*****-Ljbffr
