The Treasury Regional Manager LATAM reports directly to the Regional Treasury Director LATAM and manages all Treasury aspects of the Regional Treasury Services Center within the Treasury organization.
The position provides leadership regarding front office treasury operations of the LATAM affiliates incorporating bank and cash management, credit, debt, and liquidity management activities.
Also included is the responsibility for managing cash flow and short-term forecasting, debt management, and directing investments.
The Treasury Manager plays a lead role in identifying and implementing banking solutions and processes for regional affiliates to facilitate operations and mitigate risks.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead all aspects of daily cash and liquidity management
- Monitor global trends and implement changes as needed to existing processes and policies
- Manage the relationship with key banking partners and financial institutions to monitor their service delivery and identify useful products and services for the country or regional solutions
- Partner closely with tax and legal counsel to understand the regulatory environment and the financial restrictions within the markets
- Monitor capital requirements and working capital investments and drive improvements on the capital structures
- Cooperate closely with LATAM business partners to develop key processes to ensure adequate safety, liquidity, and financial controls for cash management and cash flow in support of the operating company and regional initiatives
- Lead and ensure successful execution of M&A&D project integration for LATAM markets
- Pro-active partnering with BUF developing significant insights into their needs that can be supported by Treasury
- Provide mentorship to and drive standard methodology with the management of the affiliates on capital structure, foreign currency and sovereign risk, dividend repatriation, and other key treasury initiatives as they arise

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong Finance acumen
- Management experience
- Strong analytic skills - ability to standardize varying data process/inputs
- Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
- Strong capabilities in MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance
- Fluent in English as a minimum

**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:

- Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, tax, and banking relationships
- Experience working with banking products and services
- Experience in Treasury Operations
- Experience in Treasury Management Systems
