If you thrive on decision-making, enjoy shaping strategies, and love transforming your expertise into actionable outcomes, this role is tailor-made for you.Basic Qualifications:Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is ideal, with a focus on customer journey analysis, such as checkout processes and customer feedbackFamiliarity with multiple tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), including CRM systems and platforms like Shopify, demonstrating versatility in handling diverse technologiesStrong SQL experienceStrong ability to work with clean, high-quality data, but also comfortable navigating and building complex data models to extract meaningful insights efficientlyAbility to identify pain points and areas where the company is losing customers, providing actionable insights to improve retentionCapable of implementing innovative solutions and "hacks" to optimize customer experiences and improve processesExperience working across various industries or domains, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the roleDemonstrated longevity in previous roles, reflecting reliability and dedicationComfortable being the first hire in this area, requiring minimal guidance and showing initiative to build frameworks and strategies independentlyBonus if experienced in working with teams across different time zones, showing adaptability and strong communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Measure, track, and analyze operations efficiency, identify trends, work with stakeholders to understand root causes, and translate learnings into actionable insightsBuild, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards and present insights to business partners and executive leadershipPartner with multiple internal stakeholders to build datasets, conduct robust analyses, and translate data into actionable insightsWork closely with other data partners to scale our client's data ecosystem and enable cross-functional projectsAbout RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
