Job Summary:This is a pivotal role focused on delivering business solutions through the effective utilization of Tax, Sourcing, Travel, Expense, and Real Estate applications.A key responsibility of this position will be to serve as a subject matter expert associated with functionality, content, processes, and procedures for these applications.This will involve assisting in designing and implementing operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are efficient and effective.This role requires developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and technology staff, including off-shore personnel, to ensure ongoing open communication.Additionally, serving as a liaison between technical and functional stakeholders and project management teams will be essential to keep initiatives moving forward smoothly.The successful candidate will define project scope, strategy, deliverable priorities, and recommend alternative solutions.They will also define detailed requirements, analyze business needs, and validate solutions with internal partners.This position will entail coordinating project activities, preparing agendas, documenting meeting outcomes, and collaborating with team members.Establishing, administering, and maintaining project and knowledge management processes and tools will also be crucial.The ideal candidate will possess advanced English skills, relevant experience working with Tax, Sourcing, Shared Services, Travel, Expense, or Real Estate applications, and application configuration, design, and interface experience.In addition, they should have experience working with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions, working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies, and financial & business acumen.Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Excel and Project, are also required.The selected candidate will be an excellent organizer, verbal communicator, and written communicator.
