Job Title: Data Analyst and Business Intelligence DeveloperAre you passionate about working with data to drive business growth?
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can design, develop, and implement data visualization solutions using Power BI.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, DAX scripting, and data transformation.You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards, and datasets that meet the needs of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis and VisualizationAnalyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.Develop interactive and dynamic reports and dashboards to communicate findings.Create data models and ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources.Business PartnershipCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (3+ years preferred).
Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.Proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets.RequirementsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.Knowledge of Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) is a plus.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.
