Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays).To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.We're looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our growing international team**Responsibilities**- Support the company's ambitious growth targets by hiring people on average better than the (terrific) people we currently have.- Update HRIS- Develop innovative techniques to source and attract qualified talent- Coordinate across departmental lines with relevant stakeholders- Coordinate with the HR team in other countries- Contribute to a high-performance and friendly workplace culture- Participate in decision-making as a member of the team**Requirements**:- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting- Experienced with ATS/HRIS and Social Media Platforms- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive high-volume recruiting- Ability to work in an autonomous environment- Strong, reliable home internet service and a fully-functional laptop- A quiet environment to work- Noise-canceling headset- Ability to cohesively function as part of a dynamic team- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English (Fluency level)Come and visit our website to learn more about us**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
