Cold Email Campaign SpecialistOur organization is seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to drive lead generation through targeted outreach and build the sales pipeline.The ideal candidate will possess 2–3 years of experience in a related field, with expertise in segmentation, targeting, and personalization.They should be familiar with CRM software and have strong strategy skills.Responsibilities include researching and segmenting leads by industry, role, and buying intent, executing cold email campaigns, and running A/B tests to improve response rates.We offer competitive compensation and flexibility in daily hours.Our work schedule is part-time (20 hours per week).
