Job Title: Cash Operations AssociateThe ideal candidate will have experience as a Project Coordinator Admin Support or Junior Project Manager to join our fast-paced global team.We are looking for a detail-oriented organized and proactive Operations Associate to support our teams.Key Responsibilities:Team Support: Assist with scheduling meetings preparing reports and maintaining sales recordsCRM & Data Management: Ensure client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurateCross-Department Coordination: Work with Sales Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflowAudits & Compliance: Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrityClient Interaction: Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessaryReporting & KPIs: Track key metrics generate reports and provide data-driven insightsPresentation & Proposal Support: Help create sales materials for client meetingsAdministrative Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiencyRequirements:Fluent English written & spoken with strong communication skillsExtreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's reporting and documentationStrong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAdaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing evolving companyExperience in sales administration or operations support preferredIdeal if you have experience with Notion Hubspot Zapier or similar toolsAbility to work independently while collaborating in a team environmentA problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvementWhat You'll Bring:Excellent time management skillsOrganized and efficient approach to tasksStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsBenefits:Competitive salaryOpportunities for growth and professional developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environment
