distributed setup in the logistics/e-commerce industry building modern digital platform for cross-border shipments.As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with colleagues and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, offering guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.Acting as a reflective partner, you will provide critical insights into the quality of their work throughout SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).While a deep understanding of testing techniques is important, this role is not about traditional testing.Instead, it focuses on supporting the team in building quality into their processes.This position is ideal for those passionate to a long-term project for a single client, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.Work as part of an Agile team, bringing your expertise in Quality Assurance and software testing throughout the development process.Focus on built-in quality by supporting the team during the development cycle and offering practical insights for efficient implementation.Actively participate in manual and exploratory testing, ensuring that potential risks and edge cases are identified.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define actionable acceptance criteria and align on quality goals.Provide feedback on testing approaches and collaborate with developers to ensure automation practices are effectively integrated into the development process.Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups and retrospectives, to keep quality at the forefront of team discussions.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical perspectives.Stay curious and proactive, keeping up with QA trends and contributing new ideas to improve team processes and quality outcomes.What's important to us3-5 years of experience in QA roles, with strong exploratory testing skills to identify risks and edge cases.Great understanding of automation principles, with Azure experience as a plus.Familiarity with regression testing and translating acceptance criteria into actionable tests.Practical experience in Agile teams, with adaptability to changing requirements and the ability to enable quick time-to-market solutions.High client focus, ensuring quality delivery aligns with client expectations and business priorities.Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset with experience creating test plans and collaborating on their execution.Experience in setting up QA strategy from scratch would be considered as a plusAbility to advocate for quality practices and inspire teams to adopt a quality-first mindset.Communicative and open-minded personality, fluent in English (both written and
