Responsibilities
Develop and implement client compensation programs, including base pay programs and incentive plans
Benchmark client positions and design pay structures and administration guidelines
Assist Senior Consultants in modeling and implementing incentive plans based on data analysis
Advise clients on various compensation plan approaches, highlighting advantages and disadvantages
Create tools for market analysis, cost modeling, and training to support multiple projects
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, specifically in designing and administering compensation programs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing salary surveys and regulatory guidelines
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification such as PHR or CCP
Experience with compensation and salary survey administration software like PayFactors or Salary.com
Proven project management experience
Background in professional services consulting
Data orientation with the ability to build models and forecasts
