Strategic Talent AdvisorThis role requires strong stakeholder management, operational insight, and leadership capabilities to deliver strategic results.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.Oversee recruitment delivery teams to ensure service level agreements and key performance indicators are met.Analyze operational data to identify trends and solve issues.Influence teams to achieve delivery goals and maintain client satisfaction.Requirements:5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles.Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Native Portuguese and Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
