PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Colaboração de pré-venda com o desenvolvimento de negócios regionais e globais e grupo de vendas
- Direcionar entregas de projetos regionais e globais e de recursos de serviços, direcionando os recursos regionais de gerenciamento de projetos para execução geral do projeto e de gerenciamento de riscos.
- Gerenciamento de recursos e entregas de projetos regionais com autoridades matriciais e terceiros.
- Conduzir e suportar os recursos regionais dos contratos, gerenciar as solicitações dos clientes e realizar interpretações contratuais.
- Conduzir o reporte mensal de status e progresso de projetos globais com recursos regionais para clientes internos e externos.
Organizar reuniões regulares com os times regionais para controle, redirecionando a execução do projeto.
- Direcionar pesquisas regionais para a finalização de projetos e transferir responsabilidade dos serviços, coordenação do set-up de treinamentos com os clientes.
COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS
- Conhecimento dos processos e necessidades do cliente em Papel e Celulose - SMART products.
- Conhecimento dos processos e necessidades dos clientes em Automação e Soluções Digitais para a indústria de Papel e Celulose
- Conhecimento de gerenciamento de projetos de produtos digitais.
- Conhecimento em Produtos de Automação e Digitalização (desejável)
- Conhecimento de Engenharia/Máquinas Industriais.
- Conhecimento em finanças e controladoria
- Conhecimento em TI (Ferramentas de TI ANDRITZ)
- Inglês Avançado (requerido)
FORMAÇÃO ESCOLAR
- Ensino superior completo em Engenharias, TI, Administração, Economia ou similares.
Desejável pós-graduação em Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas similares.
EXPERIÊNCIA
- Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos preferencialmente de automação e soluções digitais.
- Experiência de trabalho em Automação e soluções digitais no ramo de Papel e Celulose.
