Job Title: Technical Account ManagerAbout the RoleThe Technical Account Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering strategic services and support to clients, ensuring client success and maximizing solution value.This involves working cross-functionally with diverse teams to assist clients in scaling up technical aspects of products.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise & Troubleshooting: Proven proficiency with API integrations, SQL, log analysis, and troubleshooting complex technical issues is essential for this role.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Experience working with Product, Account Management, and Development teams to build and execute joint project plans is crucial.Client Engagement & Business Acumen: Strong client-facing skills and ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value are vital for driving upsells, cross-sales, and enhancing client services.RequirementsAdvanced English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively communicate in a professional environment.Technical Background: At least 4 years of experience as a technical account manager/integrations engineer/solution engineer/technical project manager working with multiple enterprise customers' technical and business teams is necessary.Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinking and technical troubleshooting of multi-layered complex problem statements while maintaining excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships are crucial.Bonus RequirementsPrior Experience: Prior experience working with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify and Magento), and B2B SaaS/PaaS/IaaS experience is beneficial.
