We're partnering with an innovative fintech company that is launching an intuitive, scalable mobile app.
They're looking for aTechnical Leadwith strong full-stack expertise to guide development, set best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for someone who not only thrives in hands-on coding withReact, Node.js, and AWSbut also enjoys mentoring, leading technical discussions, and shaping engineering standards.
??Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership across frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.
Design, architect, and deliver robust, scalable web and mobile features.
Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
Integrate third-party APIs and manage complex data flows.
Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes on AWS.
??Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as aTechnical Lead.
Strong expertise withReact.js, Node.js, and AWS services.
Excellent command of spoken and writtenEnglishfor cross-team communication.
Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.
Hands-on experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native).
